Dr. Diana Whitney, internationally recognized consultant and author of The Power of Appreciative Inquiry, is teaching a Foundations of Appreciative Inquiry workshop in Chapel Hill, NC. Register now to learn the practice of this powerful and proven approach to organizational transformation.

During this workshop, Diana Whitney and Ralph Weickel will introduce you to the theory and practice of Appreciative Inquiry. You will learn how to design and facilitate Appreciative Inquiry initiatives and how to apply Appreciative Inquiry to a broad range of organizational change and leadership opportunities. Diana and Ralph will share examples from their extensive work with businesses, communities, schools and religious congregations. And they will provide you with a wealth of sample materials, resources and tools to help you get started with Appreciative Inquiry.

You will leave knowing how to write appreciative questions that make a positive difference, how to engage 10 to 1,000 people in the Appreciative Inquiry 4-D process and how to generate positive innovations in quality, service and performance. Bring a case to work on and you will leave with a plan for applying Appreciative Inquiry in your organization or community.
